Our Story
How we started and our journey so far.
Temi Tech Empowerment Foundation is dedicated to empowering Nigerians from all backgrounds to participate, create, and excel in the digital world. Founded by TemiTope Kayode, our journey began with Temi Technologies Limited—a software company committed to building digital solutions and expanding access to technology across Nigeria. In 2020, we launched CodeWithTemi, a mentorship initiative designed to guide and inspire aspiring software developers and data scientists, equipping hundreds of learners and professionals with real-world skills and community support.
Established in 2024, our Foundation builds on these early successes with a mission to make technology skills, tools, and opportunities accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or experience level. Whether you’re a student, job seeker, working professional, or aspiring entrepreneur, we are committed to supporting your growth and confidence in today’s digital economy.
We deliver hands-on training, mentorship, and community programmes that open doors to new careers, boost employability, and foster creativity. In addition to our grassroots empowerment efforts, we help nurture innovation by offering guidance and support to startups and budding founders, recognising their important role in shaping Nigeria’s tech-driven future.
